It was another imperative training that was organized by ZOA for their partner organization 'ORHAN' (Organization for Rehabilitation of the Handicapped) in Vavuniya on a very essential subject 'Monitoring & Evaluation', especially on Livelihood interventions.
The ZOA intended to focus on their new face on Livelihood in the coming future in their keen journey towards assisting the vulnerable communities in Vavuniya district. Along with their other sectors of humanitarian interventions, the organization is foreseen a new face of Livelihood in their future. A segment of the exposure, the organization efforts to strengthen their partners by offering the trainings which are able to deliver knowledge on sustainable livelihood.
As their first effort, the PMC carried out a training session on ‘Monitoring and Evaluation’ to the operational and support staff of ORHAN in order to prepare them for a better way of moving towards providing a competent livelihood supports to their beneficiaries. The day was wholly packed with a very limited time, and the PMC made its high efforts to make this training success.
In a very short time, the PMC trainer has taken the participant throughout the following topics as much as possible avoiding unrealistic theories.

The PMC is appreciative to ZOA and extend its gratitude for providing the opportunity to conduct a very expedient training.
