Introduction:
Resource management is one of the key elements that influence in all the day-to-day activities. Henceforth, it is a vital subject to learn more about the management of the several resources especially in the journey of humanitarian aspects.
There are different kinds of resources that influence in our human endeavor. This course will elloborate all of them in the effective use of different aspects. The participants will learn about the natural and other resources that existing at the environment and be aware of using them in a very effective way. It also help the participants to manage the resources effectively and efficiently.
Objective:
Training: By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to
Ø Describe the different kinds of resources that surrounded them in their environment.
Ø Diverse of natural and unnatural resources and manage them properly and effectively.
Ø Explain the need and usage of indoor and out door resources at their work.
Ø Be sure of being pessimistic on the management of the all possible and exisiting resources around them.
Ø Identify values, gaps, and needs in the setting for prevention and response to waste of resources.

Methodology:
A variety of training methods are used in each of the modules. Methods include small group work, individual work, games, exercises, lecture, and large group discussions. Trainers should take care to avoid lengthy lecture or large group discussions, always remembering that individual participants learn through different methods.
